As the staff at PBR-PA is ready to embark on 2022, let's take a look at players that are ready to make that next jump during this year's Preseason All-State Tour.

Cam Elicier OF / RHP / Great Valley, PA / 2024

What to expect: Fluid swing with feel for the barrel. high spin FB off the mound with ride through the zone; sweeping breaking ball (10.5" horizontal)
What we'd like to see: Added strength to the projectable 6-foot, 155 lb frame that translates to metrics trending up.

Connor Griffin OF / RHP / Jersey Shore, PA / 2023

What to expect: Raw strength & ability; swing is compact and repeatable w/ + bat speed. On the mound commands the FB/BB in the zone.
What we'd like to see: Added strength & a year of maturity to allow Griffin to be loose and fluid with his high level athleticism; could see a jump in the measurables.

Brock Janeda C / 2B / Montour, PA / 2023

Rankings StateRank: 96 / POS: 16

What to expect: Quick swing into the zone (20g's Rot. Acc) Quick catch & release behind the plate flashing carry on the throws.
What we'd like to see: Consistency on the swing path to see higher AVG Exit Velo. Added arm strength on the defensive side.

Adam Gausman LHP / 1B / Cathedral Prep, PA / 2024

What to expect: High spin southpaw featuring a FB with + life (29 spin score) and a big breaker ( up to 17" horizontal movement)
What we'd like to see: Always want to see someone at Adams age continue to get stronger; this will continue to add athleticism in the delivery & help free up the arm action out of the glove to be loose, quick & consistent trough the release.
