New England Insider: 2018 CT TPG 3 - Sneak Peek

The Bats

Marco Anastasi, OF, South Windsor, 2019
A left-handed hitter, hands are loose, looks to drive it to all fields. Shows to have gap power, tee exit velocity was 81 mph with a ton more in there. Ran an easy 4.51 from home to first.

Blaine Lidsky, C/3B, South Kingstown, 2019
Right-handed hitter, stance and approach is simple. The swing is short to contact, gets through it. Looks to have pop to pull side, tee exit velocity was clocked at 91 mph.
