THE ARMS

Luke Burger RHP / OF / Elida, OH / 2020 Report: 6-foot-2, 190-pound frame prospect. Definite D1 arm. Still a tad raw, but the tools are there. Slow, deliberate rhythm. Long lever type. Fastball has arm side run to it at 86-88 mph. Heavy fastball that works in the zone. Breaking ball showed hard break at 71-74 mph. Still developing consistent feel for the pitch but when he has command, it’s a strike out pitch. Changeup is thrown with good at speed at 79-80 mph.
