The Arms

Frank Sloan RHP / 3B / Edgewood, OH / 2019 Report: 6-foot-1, 176-pound prospect with a taller, lean build. Sloan throws from a ¾ slot with a shorter arm action and provides excellent use of his lower half to drive down the mound with force. His mechanics flowed well as his tempo remained consistent allowing him to throw a very good three-pitch mix. FB sat 78-82 and was in the zone every throw. His SL was 64-66 with great run to it and commanded it very well. CH at 70-71 had downward run to it that came late and was accurate. Good body and arm that can only improve as he puts on more size.
