Best of the West CA JUCO Showcase- Pitchers

The California JUCO scene has been very limited this fall due to Covid-19 restrictions throughout the state, but we’ve got you covered with the prospect highlights from the Best of the West JUCO Showcase from San Bernardino, CA that took place on December 5. The showcase consisted of three games, matching JUCOs from across the state. Below are some nuggets from the top pitching prospects who appeared at the event.

Troy Taylor, FR, RHP, Cypress College- The 6-foot, 190-pound right-hander is “The Pop-Up Guy” in California on the JC scene. His arm works with quick, clean action from a ¾ slot.
