Every hitter has been fooled in the batter's box before. Whether it's chasing a ball in the dirt or guessing wrong on a fastball in, you can relate to having to adjust to a tough pitch.

In this week's tip of the week, Chris Burke teaches on how you can practice this move and do so without needing anyone else to help. With just a ball, a tee, and a heavy object placed behind your back foot, you can practice on getting fooled and still making a good swing.
