A lot of coaches teach a "flat" swing and harp on not getting under the ball or on top of the ball. However, what does this really mean and how can we focus on this as hitters?

This particular topic is really referencing a proper "Swing Plane." As a hitter, you cannot produce a solid swing plane without first succeeding at all four parts of the swing.

Chris Burke breaks this down in this week's tip of the week with Prep Baseball Report. You will hear him focus on two specific parts of the swing as he's explaining this. Take a look and apply it to your game!

NOTE: This video will expire 7 days from post 3/27/2018. If you are viewing this Tip of the Week after its expiration, go to http://ecoach.coach/baseball/ for more information.
