Stride Pause

*Jax Biggers University of Arkansas Infielder*

A common struggle that hitters have at every level is lunging as they stride with their front foot.

If you have been following along over the last several weeks, you will recall that the first part of the swing is separation: when a hitter's hands are going back as their front foot is moving forward.

This is the moment where several hitters struggle with leaning on their front side. This can cause early decision making and being out in front just to name a couple.

This week, Chris Burke presents the tip of the week and a drill to help fix this problem: Stride and Pause. Check it out and apply it to your game!

NOTE: This video will expire 7 days from post 1/9/2018. If you are viewing this Tip of the Week after its expiration, go to http://ecoach.coach/baseball/ for more information.
