Player: John Czeslawski
Position: RHP
School: North Iowa Area Community College

A top arm in the NIACC rotation this season, the UNC-Charlotte commit has a projectable, high-waisted 6-foot-4, 210-pound frame with a bulldog mentality on the mound. Czeslawski works out of the stretch, landing slightly closed and throwing across this body from a three-quarter arm slot. He possesses a strong front leg in his delivery and a release point that provides a variety of movement on all three of his pitches. Czeslawski’s fastball displays solid arm-side run in the 90-92 mph range with spin averaging 2000 rpm. His slider is paired nicely with his fastball, tunneled from an identical arm-slot and showing tight cut action with a sweeping 10/4 shape and spin averaging 2224 rpm. His low-spin changeup displays good sink and fade action in the lower half of the zone at 80-82 mph.
