The state of Michigan is filled with high-level baseball prospects throughout each corner of the state. The 2018 class has commitments all across the United States, from Vanderbilt to Miami to Kentucky to Missouri to Nebraska and many more colleges across the U.S. When looking at the 2018 rankings, you will see plenty of Michigan colleges littered throughout all of the commitments as well.

DETROIT - William English has been born and raised in Michigan. Now the highest-ranked uncommitted player in the state is about to warm up.

The Detroit Western International senior has committed to play baseball in the Southeastern Conference at the University of Tennessee.

“I wanted to get out of the cold and this feels like a great fit for me,” the fourth-ranked player in Michigan’s 2018 class said. “I love the coaches and the program. Everything about it was great.”
