Fort Myers, FL- This past weekend, some of the top teams from across the country competed in Fort Myers which included some of the top 2021s from throughout the state of Florida. Several of the players mentioned below have been standouts at previous PBR events like 2021 IF Cade Bush of the Orlando Scorpions who committed to Florida State shortly after the 2018 Joe Skinner Fall Championship along with 2021 1B William Hagen of FTB who made an impact at the 2018 Florida All-State Games.

Below are 10+ standouts with report along with video on players that will be key follows going forward for the rest of the fall and upcoming 2019 spring high school season:

Cade Bush, IF, Palm Beach Gardens HS, FL (2021)
Florida State recruit. Currently stands at 6-foot-2, 200 pounds on a big, strong frame. Bush was a standout from the 2018 Joe Skinner Fall Championship and continued to show his big power potential over the weekend. Strong hands through the zone with above average bat speed and natural loft, utilizing his lower half and driving the ball deep into the gaps. During the game, Bush connected on a fastball and drove it deep over the center fielder’s head for an easy standup double. Bush will continue to be a middle of the order bat and shows some present power, especially to the pull side.

Wyatt Campbell, IF, North Marion HS, FL (2021)
Uncommitted. Currently stands at 6-foot-3, 190 pounds with a tall, athletic frame and plenty of room to fill out. During the game, he squared a ball up and drove it down the left field line for an easy stand-up RBI double. Campbell shows strength throughout his swing and while he can get a little long at times, when he stays direct to the ball he can really make hard contact. Look for Campbell to continue to be at the top of the lineup and should see a jump in power, especially to the pull side, as he continues to add to his frame. Solid bat to follow going forward.
