Louisiana’s 2017 draft class could be one of the best classes the state has seen in a long time. Usually known for its college talent come draft time, Louisiana has three high school players in the PBR Draft 100. Signability will certainly play a factor down the stretch with RHP Blayne Enlow (St. Amant HS, LA), OF Daniel Cabrera (Parkview Baptist HS, LA) and OF Jacob Pearson (West Monroe HS, LA) all being committed to Louisiana State. The opportunity to play for the Tigers is historically difficult for Louisiana products to pass up.

PBR Draft 100 Prospects

8. Blayne Enlow, RHP, St. Amant HS, LA
Long the No. 1 player in Louisiana’s 2017 class, Enlow stands at a lean 6-foot-3, 165 pounds with room to add strength. He’s one of the premium righties in the country with a clean, easy arm action through a high-3/4 release with little effort.
