MONDAY, APRIL 10TH
+ 3B/RHP Eli Rankin (Puckett, 2025) showed solid arm side action on Monday evening with his fastball sitting 82/83 mph (T84) while inducing soft contact and creating several ground balls for his infielders. Rankin has shown an uptick in velocity since January at our Preseason All State event where he registered a high of 77.8 mph. The Puckett sophomore is also a dual projects as he picked up a line drive single on a well balanced swing and line drive middle of the field approach.
