Parker Pilat SS / RHP / Country Day, MI / 2020BEVERLY HILLS - Parker Pilat could not pass up the opportunity to play baseball in the south. With Michigan, Missouri, Indiana and Purdue among the colleges after the talented Country Day shortstop, the sophomore made a visit to ACC country over the weekend. On Saturday, Pilat committed to Wake Forest. “Northern baseball is very good, Michigan has a great program and the Big 10 is a great conference,” Pilat explained about his decision. “It’s hard to put into words … but every weekend in the south you’re seeing kids that are going in the first round. For me it just seems like the right place to go to develop. |
