* Listed Alphabetically

CaMaury Arrington SS / OF / Mount Saint Joseph, MD / 2022

Arrington impressed in our first look at him with an all-around really nice workout. The uncommitted class of 2022 Mount St. Joseph product began the day posting an event second best 6.90 60-yard dash and backed it up showcasing the strongest arm in the outfield at 92 mph and versatility to play the infield as well. Arrington showed easy pop at the plate with quick hands and fast bat speed through the zone. He keeps the barrel short to the ball with a more level path and strong two-handed finish. Contact rate showed some inconsistency but overall has big time strength in the athletic 5'10'', 180 pound frame of his. Also recorded an 85 mph exit velo off the tee.

Ryan Boice SS / RHP / Towson , MD / 2022

Boice is an uncommitted 2022 from Towson that we have gotten to see multiple times over the past year. He displays athleticism at 5'8'', 165 pounds and is beginning to really add strength that has continued to aid in his development. Boice shows great versatility with his ability to play multiple positions and can also pitch as well. At the scout day he was up to 78 mph on the bump. Hits from a balanced, slightly open stance at the plate and creates some barrel whip through the zone. Showed a nice feel for the barrel and pop to the pull-side. Middle of the field line drive approach that continues to become more consistent. His development over the past year has really been neat to watch and we look forward to following him in the Spring for the Generals.

Liam Diehl OF / RHP / Hereford, MD / 2023

Diehl was easily one of the biggest winners of the day bursting onto the scene with an incredibly projectable tall, lanky 6'2'', 180 pound frame. His BP rounds were loud as he showed the ability to really get the bat head out and barrel to the ball. Hits from a balanced, slightly open stance with nice hand separation and a controlled leg kick load. Hands stay loose and swing is easy through the zone. Recorded an 81 mph exit velo off the tee during the workout. Stays short to the ball with nice extension. Solid gap-to-gap approach with power to the alleys and much more projected. On the bump, Diehl showed a controlled wind-up and delivery to the plate with long, loose arm action from a high three-quarter slot. Gets great extension out over the front side with a complete follow through and finish. Fastball sat 79-80 and touched 81 mph. Breaking ball was 63-66 mph with shape 12/6 shape and slider complimented well at 68-70 mph with tight 11/5 break. Two-way prospect with a high ceiling and one to certainly lay eyes on early in the Spring to see how he comes out of this off-season.

Aiden Dubetsky SS / RHP / Georgetown Preparatory, MD / 2024

Dubetsky was a member of our Team Mid-Atlantic at the Junior Future Games down at LakePoint this summer and continues to show consistency in all aspects of his game. One of the more sure-handed defenders in the infield in the 2024 class, he plays with athleticism and moves well laterally gaining range. Hands are soft and plays loose with clean actions. Projects more as a second basemen right now but arm strength was 77 mph across the diamond so we'll see how that continues to develop. Really like the approach and consistency at the plate though as well. Stays within himself and peppers line drives gap-to-gap. Has shown the ability to perform with that approach as well in game. Controlled high leg kick load at the plate with hands pre-set. Works short to the ball with a level swing path and creates bat speed through the zone with quick hands recording an 80 mph exit velo off the tee as well.

CJ Garrick 2B / OF / Calvert Hall, MD / 2023

Really nice first look of uncommitted Calvert Hall 2023 CJ Garrick. Ultra athletic, high waisted, projectable, 6'1'', 160 pound frame. Ran a 7.17 60-yard dash to open the event and was up to 80 mph from the outfield. Hits from a balanced, square stance a the plate with a quick leg kick and creates nice hand separation. Love the quick twitchy hand speed and barrel whip through the zone. Stays short to the ball with a more level swing path that does get uphill at times. Loose swing and ball just jumps off the bat. Put together some really nice rounds of BP showing feel for the barrel and a middle of the field line drive approach. Recorded an 82 mph exit velo off the tee and pop to the pull-side. Very interesting follow with a ton more potential to unlock as he fills out and gets stronger.

Patrick Genco LHP / 1B / Calvert Hall College , MD / 2023

Solid 5'9'', 190 pound frame. Controlled side-step wind-up and leg kick to a tall balance position. Smooth drop and drive style delivery leaning slightly onto back side creating some uphill shoulder tilt. Throws with short arm action from a high three-quarter slot with low effort. Control was a bit inconsistent but stuff is there. Fastball sat 77-78 mph and touched 79 mph. Breaking ball showed two shapes, 11/5 and 12/6 at 64-66 mph.

Adam Hicks OF / RHP / Gilman, MD / 2023

Athletic 5'9'', 150 pound frame with strength continuing to develop. Hits from a square stance with a controlled leg lift load. Creates slight hand separation and stays short to the ball with a slightly uphill swing path. Really nice extension past contact and long one-handed finish. Swing continues to become more fluid. Like the looseness in the hands and barrel speed through the zone. Strong gap-to-gap approach with power to them present. Recorded an 81 mph exit velo off the tee and was also up to 83 mph in showcasing the arm from the outfield. Has made a major improvement with the speed in dropping the 60-yard time down to now a 7.34. Baseball junkie with a great work ethic. Excited to continue watching his development next year.

Brody Kelm RHP / Mount St. Joseph, MD / 2023

Very projectable frame standing 6'4'', 190 pounds. Controlled build-up style wind-up with a high leg kick to a tall, compact balance position with hands set high. Smooth, easy stride down the mound and gets over the front side well but with limited lower half drive. Throws with long, free arm action from a high three-quarter slot with easy effort. Fastball sat 72-76 mph and finished by touching 78 mph. Breaking ball had short 12/6 shape at 60-61 mph.

Jackson Kerr SS / RHP / Calvert Hall College, MD / 2023

Solid uncommitted 2023 prospect out of Calvert Hall with two-way potential. Starting on the mound; showed good control and is aggressive attacking hitters with a three-pitch mix. Fastball sat 78-80 mph and touched 81 mph. Nice feel for the breaking ball that sat 66-68 mph with 11/5 shape and pulled the string on change-up at 75-76 mph. Arm is long at take-away and gets short through release. Throws from a mid three-quarter slot with regular effort. Hits from a balanced, slightly open stance at the plate with minimal load and some hand separation. Swing is short to the ball and compact. Showed quick hand speed and bat speed through contact with a level swing path. Strong two-handed finish with extension. Recorded an 87 mph exit velo off the tee good for third best at the event. Gap-to-gap line drive approach at the plate with pop. Athletic body type and 5'8'', 150 pound frame. Plays with fluidity through the ball in the infield fielding it out in front with clean actions. Rangy and arm was 80 mph across the diamond. Ran a 7.31 6-yard time.

Michael Krack SS / OF / Eastern Technical , MD / 2022

Solid two-way player out of Eastern Tech. Athletic 5'11'', 180 pound frame with some strength. Thought he did a really nice job on the mound pounding the zone and working ahead to hitters in his one-inning of work. Controlled side-step wind-up and high leg kick to a tall balance position with hands set high at head level. Smooth stride down the mound with some leg drive and gets over the front side with extension. Full arm-circle with shorter arm action throwing from a high three-quarter slot with easy effort. Fastball sat 75-78 mph. Breaking ball was 63-64 with big 12/6 shape and change-up ranged 66-69 mph. Used the whole field well at the plate staying short to the ball with a more level swing path. Showed present strength and pop to both gap alleys recording an 86 mph exit velo off the tee.

Darin Kuskie SS / OF / Damascus , MD / 2023

Was nice to see Kuskie's development over the past year making a jump not only in size but also with the velo. Now standing 6'0'', 145 pounds with plenty more room to fill out, he also has gained close to ten mile per hour on the fastball. Controlled side-step wind-up and high leg kick to a tall balance position with a quarter body turn. Glides smooth down the mound and gets nice extension over a stiff front side. Full follow through with more lower half drive now. Throws with long, free arm action from a high three-quarter slot with easy effort. Fastball sat 77-80 mph and touched 81 mph. Gradual 12/6 breaker with big shape at 64-65 mph.

Ryan Maxey 3B / RHP / Georgetown Prep, MD / 2024

Another great look at Ryan Maxey coming off a really nice showing down at LakePoint as a member of Team Mid-Atlantic at the PBR Junior Future Games. Athletic 5'8'', 155 pound frame with some strength. Hits from a balanced, slightly open stance from the left side of the plate with a big knee-to-knee leg kick load. Hands stay short, quick and direct to the ball. Showed a level swing path with quick bat speed through the zone and strong lower half involvement. Stays on the ball uses the whole field really well. BP rounds were loud with power present to the pull-side. Recorded an 86 mph exit velo off the tee. Also showed some two-way ability attacking hitters on the bump as well. Up-tempo wind-up with a high leg kick to a tall, compact balance point. Smooth, long stride down the mound with strong lower half drive off the rubber. Gets down hard over the front side with extension. Throws with longer arm action from a low to mid three-quarter slot. Fastball sat 75-76 mph and touched 77 mph. Breaking ball was 65-66 mph with tight late 11/5 shape and change-up sat 70-71 mph with slight fade.

Peyton Miller SS / 2B / Gilman, MD / 2025

It's almost hard to fathom how much interest Miller is going to receive after re-classing to a 2025. Absolutely love the projection in the 6'1'', 160 pound frame that is just extremely long and lanky. Some caught an early glimpse of him this summer playing on one of the grandest stages down at LakePoint as a member of our Team Mid-Atlantic at the PBR Junior Future Games. Figures to certainly make a name for himself again this year down there as well. Hits from a tall, balanced, square stance at the plate with a high leg kick load and creates nice hand separation. Stays behind the ball well with a quick hands, fast bat speed and excellent extension through contact. Long one-handed finish with some explosiveness in the lower half. Swing is loose and free with feel for the barrel and big power potential. Extremely loud rounds working mostly middle to the pull-side with big time power present to the pull-side. Recorded an 87 mph exit velo off the tee. Also showed some two-way potential on the mound with a controlled side-step wind-up and leg kick to a tall balance position. Smooth stride down the mound with strong lower half drive off the rubber. Throws with long arm action from a high three-quarter slot with regular effort. Creates quick arm speed with whip through release and gets nice extension over the front side. Fastball sat 77-79 mph and touched 81 mph. Breaking ball showed tight 11/5 shape at 66-68 mph and change-up flashed fade at 69-70 mph.

Dominic Moats OF / SS / Waynesboro Area, PA / 2024

Very impressive workout from the 2024 Waynesboro Area product. Blazed an event best 6.68 60-yard dash and also recorded the highest exit velo off the tee at 91 mph. Athletic frame at 5'11'', 185 pounds with present strength. Hits from a taller square stance at the plate sinking into the lower half during load. Quick leg kick with some hand separation. Stays short and compact to the ball with a level swing path. Showed quick hands and fast bat speed through the zone with extension through contact and a two-handed finish. BP rounds were both extremely loud with lot's of power present. Worked gap-to-gap with nice feel for the barrel. Arm was also above average at 83 mph from the outfield. Really exciting prospect to follow next year with a chance to really turn some heads.

Ryan Perry SS / RHP / Century HS, MD / 2023

Athletic 5'11', 160 pound frame. Showed some two-way potential working up-tempo on the bump with a solid four pitch mix. Pounded the zone in his bullpen throwing with a loose full-arm circle from a high three-quarter slot. Fastball sat 77-80 mph and change-up worked 69-71 mph. Curveball showed more of a 12/6 to 11/5 shape at 69-70 mph and slider was 71-72 mph with shorter and tighter 10/4 shape. At the plate, Perry showed a line drive approach with occasional pop to the pull-side. Hits from a slightly open stance from the right side with a rhythmic back leg kick load. Stays short to the ball with a level swing path and recorded an 82 mph exit velo off the tee.

Andrew Purcell C / 1B / Urbana, MD / 2023

First look at the Urbana class of 2023 catcher, Andrew Purcell. Put on a show in BP with consistent loud contact and present power to the middle and pull-side. Strong, solid, 5'9'', 190 pound frame. Hits from a balanced, square stance at the plate with a rhythmic leg kick load. Stays short attacks the ball with a level swing path. Quick hands through the zone with extension out front. Only recorded an 80 mph exit velo off the tee but power played for real in BP. Was 2.24-2.35 with a 72 mph arm velo on pops down to second base. Really nice showing at the dish, interesting to see how he continues to develop other aspects of his game to be a mainstay in the middle of the order.

Mark Shelley 1B / RHP / Sparrows Point , MD / 2022

It was a solid day for Shelley both at the plate and on the mound. The uncommitted 2022 from Sparrows Point in Baltimore County shows some projection left in the 6'0'', 160 pound frame of his. Hits from a spread out square stance at the plate staying short and quick to the ball with a more level swing path that has a tendency to get uphill through the zone at times. Middle to pull-side approach with pop to the pull-side recording an 83 mph exit velo off the tee. Also ran a 7.11 60-yard time. Works up-tempo on the mound with a high leg kick to a tall balance position with a slight body turn. Smooth stride down the mound landing against a stiff front leg and falls off to the first base side in finish. Throws with short arm action from a high three-quarter slot with some quirkiness. Fastball sat 79-80 mph, change-up was 69-70 mph and breaking ball showed big, gradual 12/6 shape at 59-61 mph.

Cooper Sidell RHP / OF / Gilman School, MD / 2023

Thought Sidell showed really well on the mound in his bullpen at the workout. Projectable 6'2'', 185 pound frame and pounded the zone with a solid three-pitch mix. Controlled side-step wind-up with a smaller leg kick to a tall balance position with hands set low at waist level. Drop and drive style delivery to the plate throwing with a full arm circle from over the top. Creates some quick arm speed through release with extension and finishes slightly upright. Fastball sat 75-77 and bumped it to 81 mph to finish the session. Breaking ball showed big 12/6 shape at 64-66 mph and thought the feel on the change was above average, pulling the string with fade action at 70-72 mph.

Aidan Smith RHP / RHP / Good Counsel , MD / 2023

Really easy to talk about this uncommitted 2023. The frame sticks out first and foremost standing 6'3'', 185 pounds with a ton more room to fill out. Pitches exclusively from the stretch with a high leg kick to a tall, compact balance position. Clean hand separation and smooth long stride down the mound. Gets over the front side with a full follow-through and athletic finish. Full arm circle throwing from a high three-quarter near over the top slot with tilt and nice extension. Creates quick arm speed through release. Fastball sat 82-84 mph and touched 85 mph. Breaking ball was 74-77 mph with 12/6 shape. Also worked out in the outfield and was 84 mph to the plate. Thought the swing was equally as impressive hitting from a tall, relaxed, slightly open stance with a controlled leg kick load. Keeps the hands short and quick to the ball with fast barrel speed through the zone. Stays behind the ball with an explosive lower half and great extension. Recorded an 84 mph exit velo off the tee and produced consistent loud contact during BP with mega-juice to the pull-side. Really bright future ahead and certainly a name to see early next spring to see what jumps he makes over the course of this off-season.

Riley Smith OF / SS / Urbana, MD / 2023

It was a solid workout turned in by the 5'11'', 160 pound uncommitted Urbana 2023, Riley Smith. The speedy outfielder who also shows versatility in the infield ran a 6.96 60-yard dash and was steady at the plate with strong middle of the field line drive approach. Hits from a relaxed, open stance at the plate with a small leg kick load. Creates some hand separation and stays balanced throughout. Swing is quick, loose and fluid through the zone with a more level path. Does a really nice job with his hands and lower half. Long one-handed finish with extension showing pop throughout BP. Recorded a 78 mph exit velo and was also 78 mph from the outfield on throws to the plate. Love the athleticism and really eager to see him put on some strength this off-season.

Ty Whittaker RHP / SS / Mount St. Joseph's, MD / 2023

First look at another Mount St. Joseph potential two-way prospect. Athletic 6'1'', 185 pound frame with some strength and more projection left. Hits from a rhythmic, slightly closed stance at the plate with a controlled leg kick load creating some hand separation. Short to the ball with a slightly uphill swing path. Stays behind with extension through contact and showed a nice feel for the barrel squaring up a ton of balls in BP producing loud contact and showing some present strength and pop to the pull-side. Recorded an 89 mph exit velo off the tee as well. Pounds the zone on the mound and competes. Although  the fastball isn't over-powering, he mixes speeds well and hits spots. Controlled side-step wind-up with a high leg kick to a tall, compact balance point. Long kick-out stride down the mound dragging the back-side through. Long straight down arm take-away creating some uphill shoulder tilt. Gets tall in delivery throwing from over the top and lands against a stiff front side in a more upright position. Fastball sat 74-75 mph and breaking ball showed big 12/6 shape at 61-64 mph.
