Titus Baseball

Ethan Lytle LHP Avon Grove 2023
Athletic frame. Gathered over rubber, shoulders closed moving down the mound, and lands closed at foot strike. Full arm circle and throws from a high three-quarter arm slot. Fastball sat 73-74 mph and touched 76 a few times. Had a solid feel for the changeup at 68-69 mph with some armspeed and intent. Slider was 63-64 mph and is still developing, but had the makings of a solid out pitch with some more consistency.

Nick Mazzagatti OF, Clearview Regional 2021
Athletic projectable frame at 6-foot, 175-pounds. Hits from a balanced set up at the plate. Level path with some length in swing and a barrel that stays in the zone. Nice extension through contact and showed some ability to drive ball.

Tim Haftl RHP Oxford Area (PA) 2022
5-foot-9, 140-pound frame. Controlled delivery with nice pace. Average leg kick and down to out working down the mound. Clean arm circle throwing from a high three quarter slot. Fills up the zone. Fastball was up to 76 mph with slight run on the pitch. Breaking ball has more 12/6 action up to 65 mph. Showed change at 65 mph. Strike thrower. Filled up the zone and forced contact in at-bats. Pitched a gem in a complete game effort. 4

Keystone State Bombers

Danny Eden LHP Twin Valley (PA) 2021
Athletic body type and 5-foot-9 135-pound frame with room to grow. Controlled side-step wind-up and high leg kick to a tall balance position. Lands slightly closed with an athletic finish. Throws with long, loose arm action from a mid three-quarter slot with easy effort. Pounded the zone all day long with a fastball with plus arm side run at 75-77 mph and a breaking ball that was 67-68 mph with 1/7 shape.

Peter Capobianco 3B/RHP Dallastown Area (PA) 2020 (Gardner-Webb)
Stong, physical body type and 6-foot-1, 210-pound frame. Squared just about everything he saw up at the plate all weekend long. Was 2-for-3 against the 9ers Baseball Club with a base hit to left field and a double that was crushed to left field. Hits from a balanced set up, simple load and hands are powerful. Smooth swing at the plate with nice extension through contact. Lot of pop in the swing, destroyed a ball out to left on day two of the tournament. Also made a great play back-hand side on a hard hit ball and closed the game out on the bump sitting 79-80 mph with a 71 mph breaking ball.

Trey Yesavage RHP Boyertown (PA) (Pitt)
Durable pitchers frame at 6-foot-4, 220-pounds. Controlled side step delivery with nice pace gathering tempo. High leg kick working dowhill. Gets some decent backside involvement in delivery, but makes up for that with nice hip explosion through release. High three quarter slot with slight body tilt, fast arm speed with slight effort at time. Arm works. Loses some in stretch as mainly slide step and loses some lower half. Fastball has later life on the pitch, ranging 87-90 on the day. Gets on hitters quick. Throws two breaking balls, saw primarily the slider today. Good velo on the pitch sitting 80-83 touched an 84 on it. Rain messed with the outing after an impressive start.

Ian Martin RHP, Cocalico (PA) 2020 (PSU-Harrisburg)
Compact solid frame at 5-foot-8, 175-pounds. Nice tempo in delivery and clean arm action throwing from a three quarter slot. Strike thrower, filled up the zone. Fastball was up to 80 on the day, had natural cut at times on the pitch. Slider was 68-70 with later life, good pitch.

PA Rebels

Gavin Severa RHP Ridley 2021
Low effort delivery. Strides down mound landing on line. Short arm circle and throws from high three-quarter arm slot with a fastball that sat 76-79. Breaking ball had 12/6 shape and some depth at 66-68 mph and looked to be a solid secondary pitch.

James Dalton OF West Chester East 2020
Athletic left handed hitting outfielder. Slightly upright stance that starts square. Hands are relaxed and load back on stride. Gets hands on plane and displayed ability to keep hands inside to contact. Level path with some pop to the pull side and moved well on the base paths.

Gabe Mallo RHP Perkiomen Valley (PA) 2020 (Millersville)
Athletic projectable frame at 5-foot-10, 160-pounds. Sound arm action throwing from a three quarter slot. High leg kick and hides the ball well. Slight cross-body at foot strike. Arm is quick through release pitching with slight effort. Arm works well, fastball ranged 85-88 on the day with some downer action. Breaking ball was 12/6 at 73-75 mph.

Keenan Metric LHP Great Valley (PA) 2021
Lean projectable frame with room to add on. Loose arm action throwing from an almost over the top slot. Like how the arm worked, there is more in the tank as he adds strength to the frame and weight. Fastball ranged 76-79 mph, one to keep an eye on for spring to see a jump.

Bagel Bombers

Nick Cox RHP Cape Henlopen (DE) 2023
6-foot-2 projectable frame. Higher leg lift, gathered over rubber, shoulders level moving towards plate, and lands on line. Full arm circle with some arm speed and ball jumps out of hand. Throws from three-quarter arm slot. Fastball was 78-81 and touched 82 mph. Curveball was 64-67 mph with 11/5 shape and got better as the game went on. Interesting arm to follow as he continues to mature.

Zimir Gardner OF Sussex Central (DE) 2022
Athletic projectable frame. Hits from an athletic set up at the plate. Hands had shorter path, staying inside the baseball with average bat speed. Liked skill set and foundation, interesting to see how he continues to develop down the road.

Josh Reinhold RHP/IF Cape Henlopen (DE) 2022
Athletic, compact frame with room to add to. Nice athleticism and loose arm action throwing from a three quarter slot. Clean delivery, like to see repeat better. Arms worked well with a fastball that ranged 76-78. At the plate, hands worked well, short swing that were quick in and out of the zone. Adding strength will help out the foundation of an interesting athlete.

Austin Rhue RHP Cape Henlopen (DE) 2022
sound arm action throwing from a three quarter slot. Regular effort in delivery. Fastball ranged 74-78 mph. Breaking ball ranged 64-67, gradual break and nice shape, like to see thrown with more intent. Interesting follow.

Southern Maryland Sting

Ethan Ledig RHP Leonardtown 2020
Athletic frame at 6-foot. Lower leg lift, engages backside while driving down the mound, and could stand to firm lead leg up on landing. Full arm circle and throws from a low three-quarter arm slot. Fastball has a ton of arm side run at 78-81 mph and is a tough look from either side of the plate. Had some feel for a breaking ball that was 64-66 mph with 11/5 shape and Ledig threw an occasional changeup at 70-71 mph. Also, swung the bat well on Sunday collecting a few base hits including a big 2-RBI triple to right-center field.

Dylan Henderson C Leonardtown 2020
Athletic body type and 5-foot-9, 168-pound frame. Hits from a balanced stance from the left side. Smooth back load with rhythm and a small leg kick. Showed quick bat speed through the hitting zone, stays behind the ball well. Level path with line drive tendency and some pop to the pull side. Solid runner on the bases with enough speed to stretch singles into extra bases. Behind plate works hard to get into strong throwing position. Feet are quick and shows balance on transfer. Quick exchange and release with accurate throws and arm strength to go with it. Had a 2.15 in game pop from knees to throw out a baserunner.

Elijah Tydings LHP Chopticon 2020
Athletic body type and 5-foot-10, 160-pound frame. Controlled side-step wind-up and leg kick to a tall balance point. Long kick out stride down the hill. Strong lower half drive off the rubber. Clean hand separation and creates quick arm speed through release. Throws with long arm action over the top light regular effort. Fastball sat 77-79 mph and breaking ball was 63-66 with big 11/5 shape.

Travis Wedding 1B Chopticon 2020
Big, strong 6-foot-1, 250-pound frame. Collected a couple hits on Sunday and squared up several balls. Physical hitter with present power. Showed the ability to go the other way with an RBI base hit to left-centerfield. Hits from a balanced stance from the left side with a quick, medium sized leg kick load. Also showed quick hands and bat speed through the zone turning on the pitch inside.
