Certainly, Dallas Macias is looking forward to a chance to compete in the Continental League.
Colorado’s big-school, south-suburban group has won four of the past eight Class 5A championships, notably 2018’s impressive showing by a loaded Mountain Vista.
A freshman at Regis Jesuit in Aurora, Macias’ turn to play will begin later this month on the first day of spring practice.
“I’m really excited,” he said late the past month at a Underclass Invitational showcase for the Classes of 2021 and 2022 held at the Slammers facility in Centennial. “Good competition is so much more fun.”
