Luke Turino, 2B, Birchmount Park, 2016
Scouting Report: Athletic second baseman with quick twitch actions. Ran a personal best 60-yard dash of 6.67 this week at the Rogers Centre. Clean actions in the infield with soft hands and ability to move side to side with good first step. At the plate, Turino is an aggressive hitter who does not get cheated in the box. Possesses lots of bat speed, and makes hard contact with power to all fields. Led his team in home runs this year with five showing his physicality and strength in the 5-foot-11, 180-pound frame.
