The spring season is approaching and there are still plenty of talented seniors left on the recruiting market. Listed alphabetically below are available pitchers with the ability to pitch at the next level.

Trayce Abbot, LHP, McLoud HS, OK
Abbot has a strong frame at 6-foot-2, 195 pounds. He works with an average tempo and high leg kick, coming through a high-3/4 slot with a long arm stroke. His fastball has arm-side run at 83-86 mph and he mixes in a curveball with 2/8 shape at 64-66. Read More >>

ON THE HUNT: UNCOMMITTED ARMS AND ATHLETES IN THE 2019 CLASS (PLUS ONE 2020)

This week, On the Hunt, takes a look at 5 2019 players and one talented 2020 infielder. The 2019’s are highlighted by four power arms that show the upside coveted by every major program, and will be making an impact this summer as recruiters catch them in action. Finishing off the group is a talented catcher from New Jersey with excellent defensive skills. In all, five states are represented including Wisconsin, Missouri, Louisiana, Texas, and New Jersey. THE BUZZ: KOTOWSKI CHOOSES MISSOURI STATE

One of the top available 2018s in Illinois is now off the board with OF Dakota Kotowski (Providence Catholic HS, IL) verbally committing to Missouri State. The 6-foot-4, 205-pound Kotowski has a physical frame, strong hands and advanced bat speed that produce power from the right side. He recorded one of top exit velocities (100 mph) at the 2016 Future Games and was a standout at the Under Armour Classic. Read More >>

No doubt about it, Smoky Hill has one. Actually, competing in the Centennial League, easily Colorado’s best group, comes with all kinds of challenges.
