With the January National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) signing period upon us, we have received several questions similar to the one below: 

How does signing with a juco this January effect my chances of going Division I straight out of high school? How often does a player sign with a juco then sometime before the fall sign with a DI?

First of all, the Letters-of-Intent for NCAA and NJCAA schools are completely separate from each other. All you are doing by signing the NJCAA Letter-of-Intent is binding yourself to that school and baseball program
