Technology has stream-lined communication in recent years.  There are options for anyone wanting to reach out to another person ranging from video chats to emails to Snap Chat, Twitter, Facebook, and texting. Recruiting is sometimes referred to as an ability to build relationships with players.  Coaches will use every piece of communication possible to reach players of interest.
