We would like to thank all who participated in PBR Ohio's 2017 Southern Ohio Prospect Games. This was a great opportunity for the class of 2018-2020 prospects to be put on college radars. Many players impressed during their individual workouts at the showcase.

Below, we provide a sneak peak of player analysis for top performer broken down into Day 1 and Day 2.

In the coming weeks, we will be adding and updating profiles for each of the players in attendance, including complete analysis and video.

Sneak Peek - Day 1

The Arms

Justin Bierbaum, RHP, LaSalle, 2018

The right-hander offers a very impressive three-pitch mix. Ball jumps out of his hand with the fastball sitting 86-87 mph. Spins a sharp breaking ball with depth at 68-70 mph. The pitch works on a near 12/6 plane and has swing and miss to it. Curveball definitely looks to be a go to secondary offering but also showed a changeup at 78-79 mph.

Warren McCord, RHP, Heath, 2018

Brings a high level of athleticism to the mound. Live arm with some upside. Arm has obvious quickness to it while sitting 82-85 mph with his fastball. Would like to see him be in the zone more consistently with the pitch. Spins an 11/5 shaped breaking ball that has good depth to it at 67-69 mph. Has confidence in the offering, throwing it in any count.
