Top Prospect - Milwaukee: Top Overall Prospects

By Wisconsin Scouting Staff

On July 24, we visited The Rock Sports Complex in Franklin, Wis., to host one of the state’s most important events on the summer showcase circuit: Top Prospect – Milwaukee. Nearly 80 of the area’s brightest 2019 graduates attended and, since the event, eight prospects on this event’s roster have committed, so far, to play ball the next level.

Today, in our final breakdown of the event, we’ll list the top-10 prospects, regardless of position, from the showcase.

The top 10 below is dominated by pitching prospects, which proved to be one of the deepest and most talented groups at the event. Two catching prospects also landed on the board, as well as the versatile Fall Creek INF/OF senior Marcus Cline (Wisconsin-Milwaukee commit). Previously, we published our Statistical Analysis from the event as well as positional breakdowns for the day’s catchers, outfielders, infielders, and pitchers.

Here’s a deeper dive into the top-10 prospects at the showcase.
