Nathan Rode and PBR Staff

The 2018 Future Games is just two weeks away. To prepare you for the event, The Hotlist will look at some of the top players coming to Grand Park in Indianapolis. First, we highlighted some of the top position players that will be in attendance and then we looked at the pitchers. Now, we move on to some the two-way prospects coming.

Nathan Ackenhausen, LHP/1B, Owasso HS, OK (2020)
Ackenhausen has a durable frame at 6-foot-2, 230 pounds with strength throughout. On the mound, he throws from a 3/4 slot and has some sink on his 86-88 fastball. He commands the pitch, but also fills the zone with two advanced secondary pitches. The curveball sits 76-77 with slurvy shape and some depth. The changeup shows consistent fade at 79-81. At the dish, he takes powerful hacks from the left side with a knack for finding the barrel.
