Updated Arkansas 2021 Rankings

The Junior class is now expanded to 125 players and has shown no movement in the top 5. With all 5 of the top 5 in the national rankings this class is taking shape to be a very solid class. As their biggest summer of date, this last year has seen many names come off the recruiting board including 6 of the top 10 at a Power 5 school and all of the top 10 being committed. A big sumer for those that follow will add to even more commitments for this class once we overcome the nationwide virus. Here is a look at the top 10 below and some of the risers in the rankings as well.

TOP

Staying at #1 is Razorback Commit Braylon Bishop who continues to stay in the top 10 nationally in the PBR National Rankings coming in at #8. Bishop continues to perform and swing the stick with a fluid swing with power that is growing as he continues to develop. One of the premier players not only in the state but also in the country Time will tell but scouts will be all over to watch Bishop play and who knows how high he may as he has the look of a Day 1 type player.
Staying at #2 is Austin Ledbetter who after a big fall has emerged as a possible two sport athlete. His right arm has proven to be powerful and no matter what field he is on he has proven he is a winner and a front line arm.
At #3 is Kansas Commit Payton Allen who over the winter committed to the Jayhawks. Allen has a much improved approach at the plate and a calmness defensively and charisma that accentuates his ability. a top player in the state and proven on the national circuit, Payton should be a front line player at Kansas.
Tennessee Commit rolls in at #4 in Cross Jumper. A man's body he has created over the off season and it has proven to enhance his ability. Already proven on the mound, Jumpers bat is the big shine as he has turned into a plus hitter with power. Big stock rising as he continues to play and get better.
#5 Is IMG transfer Keegan Allen who was having a solid spring before the virus hit. Back in Arkansas now the Georgia Tech commit had an injury riddled 2019 but all signs point to him being healthy and throwing up to 94 mph.
