- Prospect Notes - 

#23 Braves - High waisted OF with projectable build on a medium frame. Attacked the ball with a balance stance. Above avg. run tool, aggressive on the bases with a stolen base and another attempt.  

#17 Braves - Hard contact on a single through the middle of the field. Showed the ability to keep the barrel behind the ball.

#3 Braves - Middle infielder with a smaller frame that flashes good actions at times. Good energy. Shortened the swing to put the ball in play. Fringe avg. arm strength profiles as a 2B.

Fort Caroline jumped out to an early 3 run lead and starting pitcher Cooper Whited worked 4 perfect innings with 3 strike outs to secure the win for FC. Jimmy Broughton paced the offense with two two run doubles. 

- Prospect Notes -

Cooper Whited (LHP, Sandalwood, 2023)  - FB 65-69 with ASR. 3/4 loose arm action. CB 57 with feel. Athletic off the mound and strong competitive make up. 

Jimmie Broughton (OF, Providence, 2023) - 5-10, 155lbs scrappy hard nosed player, doubled twice.

Prospect Notes -

Matthew Davidson (LHP, Richland Northeast, 2022) - struggled with command during this outing but has a projectable frame and high 3/4 arm slot. 

Brody Fowler (1B, Eastside, 2022) - Large physical frame with surprising athleticism for his size (6-6, 250lbs) Good bat to ball skills and present raw power. 

Phillips Daniels (C, AC Flora, 2022) - advanced catch and throw ability and athletic set-up. Medium profile with lean strength. Solid hit tool will continue to develop with above average potential. Citadel recruit. 

Calder Garris (RHP, Wando, 2022) - Strong durable frame and repeatable delivery. Got himself into trouble several times with some control issues but showed a tough mentality and battled. Also, possesses a solid hit tool. Balanced set up, strike zone awareness, and good bat speed.

- Prospect Notes - 

Drew Moerschbacher (RHP, State College, 2022) - Stocky RHP controlled the FB to both sides of the plate. FB 73 -75 ASR with heavy tendencies at times. Slurvy breaking ball with developing bite 66 mph. 

Michael Heckman (SS, Manheim Township, 2022) - good present skillset with a slight build. Quick hands and flashes of twitchy actions will translate as he matures.

- Prospect Notes - 

Blake Hollar (LHP, Hopewell, 2022) - quality start for his club. Competed with a good savy on the mound. H3Q to OTT arm slot produced FB with run and a solid mix of offspeed pitches highlighted by big breaking ball with 1/7 shape. FB 70 mph breaking ball 59.

Landon Sykes (2B, Holly Springs, 2022) - high waist and slender profile. Picked up a hit with solid contact and a walk. Will be a player to circle back to tomorrow. 

Cameron Williams (RHP, Apex Friendship, 2022) - FB got onto hitters with good life and showed signs of life at times. Spun a tight 11/5 breaking ball with plus potential.

- Prospect Notes - 

David Lee Clamp (RHP, Northside Christian Academy, 2023) - FB 69-74 with a 58-60 mph breaking ball that showed bite early before loosening later in the outing. Controlled his main offerings throughout his outing and showed quick feet on the mound holding runners. 

Garrett Fulmer (C, Spartanburg, 2023) - 5 foot 9, 150 lb frame picked up a hit and walked during this game.

Blayse Leonard (SS, Middle Creek, 2023) - Quick bat and zone awareness. Plus run tool will only get better with age.

Jack Reynolds (SS, AC Flora, 2022) - Athletic LHH infielder with a solid present skill set. Picked up a hard hit line drive single in his first AB. Runs well underway. Savy player with high IQ evident. 

JP Cunningham (2B, Lancaster, 2022) - strong profile in a smaller frame. Easy actions, running gate, and quick hands. Loose whip to the bat through contact. Solid all around player.

(From Earlier) Hayes Snow (SS, James Island, 2022) - good defender with solid defensive skill out to the edges of his range. Quality hit tool with a low line drive bat path. 

Noah Cadiz (C, Pinewood Prep, 2022) - Tripled deep to LCF and scored on an errant throw. Showed quick hands and stayed behind the ball. Impressive carry off the bat.
