Summary 

July saw another increase in the number of commitments reported up to 21 making it the 6th most commitments reported. We still saw 2 late addition 2019's make commitments in July. The bulk of the commitments came from the 2020 class during this month. An interesting stat was the number of D1 commitments this month. The 11 D1 commitments in July were tied with September for the most reported during a one month period.
