Here is a look at some of the scores and highlights from the action around the state last evening.

Anderson County 8, Campbell County 2
Hedrick went 3 for 4 and Powers went 1 for 3 with a double to lead the Maverick offense in a big district rival win. Johnson picked up the win on the mound with 6 strikeouts.

Powell 11, Central 1
Stuckey went 2 for 2 and Payne went 2 for 3 with a double at the plate to lead the Panthers in a blowout win. Everett picked up the win on the mound with 7 strikeouts.

Siegel 6, Brentwood 5
Ethan Treutlein and Ryne Montoya both went 2 for 3 at the plate for the Stars. Kyle Dotson picked up the win on the mound.

Gibbs 7, Oak Ridge 5
Peyton Sawyer and Andrew Willis both had two hits apiece including Sawyer’s double. Kent Noe picked up the win with 5 strikeouts.

Clarksville 8, Henry county 1
Milton had a huge night going 2 for 3 at the plate with two doubles and 11 strikeouts on the mound. Everett went 2 for 3 with a double.

Cookeville 6, White County 2
Blaine Smith lead the Cookeville offense going 2 for 3 with a double. Jeremy Haggerty picked up the win on the mound.

Ooltewah 6, McMinn County 1
Andy Reed and Jake Sullivan each had two hits with a double to lead the Owl offense. CJ Harden picked up the win on the mound.

Sevier County 5, Jefferson County 4
In a big district matchup that went to very end, the Smoky Bears pulled away with the win. Nick Osborne played an important role hitting a homerun and picking up the win on the mound. Kody Paul went 2 for 4 with a homerun.

Creekwood 4, Hickman County 1
Ralman went 2 for 4 with a double and Dickens went 2 for 3 at the plate to lead the Creekwood offense. Clotz picked up the win on the mound.

Spring Hill 2, Giles County 1
Gillian had a big day on the mound for Spring Hill with 10 strikeouts and the win. Frantz and Thomas both went 1 for 3.

Science Hill 11, Daniel Boone 0
Landon Knack and Jordan Holly both went 3 for 4 including Knacks double. Grant Rabbits picked up the win on the mound.

Rhea County 8, Cumberland County 7
Brown had a big day at the plate going 3 for 4 with two doubles and a triple to lead the Rhea County offense.  Tyrell also went 2 for 3 with a double and Keylon picked up the win.

Meigs County 3, Grace Christian 0
The Tigers picked up a big district win over the Rams. Dustin Kennedy went 3 for 4 and Bryson Baker went 2 for 4 at the plate. Walker Malone picked up the win with 6 strikeouts.

Seymour 6, Cherokee 0
Parker Farehand and Kendall Catlot each had two hits including Catlot’s double. Patrick Cook picked up the win on the mound with 7 strikeouts.

Halls 12, Clinton 2
Bryce Hodge had a big night at the plate going 3 for 4 with a homerun. Dylan Gresham went 3 for 3 with two doubles and Bleu Butcher had 8 strikeouts in an impressive win.

Morristown West 14, South Doyle 4
Jacob Jennings had a big day for the Trojans going 3 for 4 at the plate and picking up the win on the mound. Chase Connely went 3 for 4 at the plate.

Upperman 12, Smith County 2
David King went 2 for 4 with a homerun and Tucker Stanton went 3 for 4 with a homerun to lead the Upperman offense. Ryan Lafever had 9 strikeouts and the win.

Warren County 12, Stone Memorial 3
Merek McColloch had a big night on the mound with 9 strikeouts and the win.  Trey Golden went 2 for 4 and Nick Williamson went 1 for 2 with a double.

Oakland 8, Smyrna 3
Zach Bondurant went 3 for 4 and Chase Smith went 2 for 2 to lead the Patriots at the plate.  Blake Howland picked up the win on the mound.

Blackman 2, LaVergne 0
Matt Harnish went 2 for 3 with a double and Austin Chessor had a big day going 3 for 3 at the plate. Spencer Woods picked up the win on the mound.

Goodpasture 8, Gallatin 2

Hall had a big day on the mound with 11 strikeouts to lead Goodpasture to the win. Wallace had a huge day at the plate going 4 for 4 with a double.

Brentwood 5, Independence 4
Nathan Jay and Jackson Pope both went 2 for 3 at the plate.  Connor Freeney picked up the win on the mound with 5 strikeouts.

Grainger County 14, Cumberland Gap 3
Trey Cabbage had a monstrous day at the plate going 4 for 4 with a double and a homerun. Tanner Mullins went 2 for 2 with a double and Tristian Stalsworth picked up the win on the mound.
