We are excited to introduce the High School Directory to help aid teams recruiting Tennessee high schools.

As a former recruiter, I would spend a lot of time trying to track down whether a game on an online source is actually being played (lot of calls to school offices), trying to find rosters (that involve numbers and grad years) and then doing background research on whether there would be other players at the game that I need to bear down on.  This was never in one location and I would be bouncing around different sites to see if that information is somewhere.  

This is why we have created the High School Directory.  This quick reference page will allow you to search for a high school with a simple control-f.  Under that high school, you will find a roster, the schedule the coach themselves sent us, a link to their Twitter account (to see a mention of the game occurring or changing) and whatever website they told us they use for their stats (Gamechanger, MaxPreps, etc.).  In addition, we also add every player on those teams that have a PBR profile to this link so that recruiters can quickly and easily see information on a player.

This page is designed to help both simplify the time for recruiters to get the information they need and help ensure that players are being known about before the game the recruiter is attending, even if that player is not their priority focus.  

Currently, this directory has 44 schools with varying amounts of information.  It is currently early and know I have other schools waiting to send me information.  If you have information to pass along for your high school, please email [email protected].  I will also be touching base with every high school as we get closer to February 12th.
