6-foot-1, 190-pound, RHP showed a 4-tick velocity jump while adding a different arm slot to his repertoire.  Medium, athletic frame w/ some present strength, some projection.  Pitches from a full wind-up w/ short rocker step towards the first base side into back foot reset on first base side of the rubber.  Stomach high leg kick w/ slight hip turn and hands head high into classic drop and drive delivery w/ proper finish and H ¾ release.  Mixes in L ¾ release at times.  Front foot lands facing 1B dugout, missing out on one or two ticks of velocity and command.  Back leg along for the ride, can use lower half strength more in delivery.  Repeats delivery.  Gets downhill well when pitching from the H ¾ release.  Arm works well w/ looseness.  FB shows occasional short arm side run w/ some heaviness in ball from H ¾ release.  CB is medium downer w/ proper shape, rotation.  SL is thrown from the L ¾ slot w/ late break, average depth and tilt.  Potential swing and miss pitch.  Straight CH w/ arm-speed.  Feel for commanding the zone w/ the FB, learning to command the off-speed stuff.  A definite pitcher to lay eyes on in the spring if looking to fill out the class.

6-foot-2, 165-pound, LHP shows projectable arm strength/frame.  Tall, athletic frame w/ projection, a little present strength.  Very projectable, prototypical pitchers build.  Pitches from a full wind-up, begins hunched over.  Comes to a normal straight up start w/ a short 45-degree rocker step into foot set up on an angle to the rubber to aid w/ back leg drive on first base side of rubber.  Chest high leg kick w/ hands going over his head into leg drive and H ¾ release.  Lands slightly off-timing, causing pitches to run to his arm-side and create some repeatability issues.  Glove side can be stronger, will give him more velocity as he refines it.  Quick arm projects.  FB shows a little arm side run w/ extension.  Jumps on hitters.  Medium downer CB w/ proper rotation.  Short ¾ tilt SL was hard to get a feel for on this day, struggled to finish the pitch.  CH w/ arm-speed, occasional fade.  Projects to pitch w/ control as he improves his timing w/ repetitions.  Projectable left-handed pitcher just scratching the surface of what he can become.

6-foot-2, 190-pound, RHP showed improved velocity range from last time we saw him this fall.  Tall, athletic, projectable build w/ lot of room to add muscle.  Prototypical pitcher build.  Pitches from a full wind-up w/ short rocker step towards the plate into foot reset w/ back foot angled on rubber for pushing off from the first base side of the rubber.  Chest high leg kick into proper hand break and upright finish w/ ¾ release.  Lands with front foot facing RHH’s, can work on improving that for direction.  Repeats.  Gets downhill, heavy ball.  FB shows occasional arm-side run.  Medium downer CB shows proper shape w/ average depth.  Comes up out of hand.  CH w/ arm-speed, fade and occasional sink.  Shows ability to command FB, locates to both corners.  Developing control of the strike zone w/ off-speed pitches.

6-foot-0, 175-pound, RHP shows prototypical pitchers frame w/ feel for spinning a curveball.  Medium, athletic profile w/ present lower half strength, projectable.  Pitches from a full wind-up w/ short rocker step towards first base into foot being set on first base side of the rubber.  Chest high leg kick w/ hands moving with it, settling into hat level.  Drop and drive style w/ high glove hand coming through for some deception and short cocking action in back.  H ¾ release w/ proper finish.  Lands slightly closed w/ front foot facing right handed hitter, can get a little more on direction.  Can struggle with timing at times, more-so out of the stretch, where arm plays catch-up and results in fingers coming around the side of the ball instead of staying on top.  FB shows cut, amount varies.  CB is medium downer w/ tight rotation, late break.  Flashes above average w/ knee-buckling break.  CH shows arm-speed w/ some fade and sink.  Around the zone, projects to control.

5-foot-9, 140-pound, RHP shows feel for 3 pitches, waiting on physical development.  Short, lean, athletic frame w/ little present strength.  Pitches from a full wind-up w/ short rocker step into back foot reset and chest high leg kick from the middle of the rubber.  Drifts forward w/ proper hand break, slightly upright finish w/ low ¾ release.  Drifting forward creates timing issues w/ front foot landing and arm getting through the circle.  Back leg is along for the ride, can drive down the rubber to use more and help velocity.  Lands slightly open w/ front foot towards LHH on deck circle, can keep hips online more to create delivery consistency.  Loose arm works well, learning body to repeat delivery.  FB shows occasional arm side run.  CB is big w/ proper shape, learning to keep fingers on top for break consistency.  CH shows arm-speed w/ a little fade and sink.  Bit of a thrower right now, as develops consistency in lower half and is consistently on-time, projects to throw strikes.

6-foot-1, 165-pound, RHP shows projectable frame w/ projectable arm-speed.  Medium, athletic frame w/ some present strength, still oozing projection.  Pitches from a full wind-up w/ rocker step towards home plate into chest high leg kick w/ hands moving even with shoulders from the third base side of the rubber.  Drops on his back leg to generate some leg drive into stride and proper finish w/ H ¾ release.  Lands with front foot facing on deck circle, can improve direction to the plate and get all his momentum firing towards the hitter.  Presents a strong front side w/ proper glove work.  Front leg driven vs. back leg driven.  Repeats.  Straight FB.  Slurvy SL flashes ¾ tilt w/ late life, gets big at times w/ early break.  Learning to consistently keep fingers on top of the baseball on the SL.  CH w/ arm-speed, fade and occasional sink.  Better life to his arm-side than glove-side.  Around the zone w/ FB, developing off-speed feel.

5-foot-7, 150-pound, LHP showed repeatable delivery.  Short, athletic frame w/ some present strength.  Pitches from the third base side of the rubber from a full wind-up. Rocker step into leg kick just over belt high w/ some hand movement to even with his neck.  Some back-leg drive into release w/ proper finish and H ¾ release.  Front leg driven, can get a little more drive on the back leg to have it drive him forward vs. leading with the front foot.  Good direction w/ easy to repeat delivery.  Mixed in a 4-seam and 2-seam.  2-seam shows arm-side run w/ some sink.  4-seam is straight.  Medium downer CB w/ some looseness, flashes tightness and late break.  CH lacks velo differential, shows occasional fade.  Blends too much with fastball.  Around the zone w/ 3, still learning to command to different corners.
