Tennessee - The TN Preseason All-State was held over two days on February 4th & 5th at Showtime Sports Academy in Franklin, TN. This was an invite-only event that consisted of prospects from the 2023-2026 classes. These players went through extended pro-style workout that included batting practice using Trackman and Blast Motion, ran the 60 yard dash using Swift Performance, and much more. Pitchers were able to throw in simulated bullpens during the workout and were able to get numbers and metrics off of our Trackman unit, such as pitch velocity, spin rate, horizontal & vertical movement & much more. There were some players who showed up and continued to build off of prior performances, but there were also some new names who jumped onto our radar with a strong showing on Saturday.

Continuing off our post-event coverage for these events, we take a look at each outfielder that attended the TN Preseason All-State.

Cason Hill, Middle Tennessee Christian (TN), 2025
Positional Profile: OF/SS
Body: 5-11, 170-pounds. Lean, athletic frame with room to add mass/strength and great projection.
Hits: RHH. Narrow and open set up in the stance, active hands by the ear. Great bat speed, Smaller leg lift into the swing, quick hands, direct to the ball. Easy middle of the field and pull side power.
Power: 95 max exit velocity, averaged 87.1 MPH. 329' max distance.
Arm: RH. OF-95 mph. Advanced arm strength, over-the-top arm action. High effort on throws, accurate.
Defense: Moves through the ball well, gets to the ball quick.

Ari Bethea, Collierville (TN), 2025
Positional Profile: RHP/OF
Body: 6-1, 192-pounds. Proportional frame w/ well developed strength and athleticism. Solid projection.
Hits: RHH. Above average bat speed. Higher leg lift to start the swing, occasional lift, worked middle of the field.
Power: 92 max exit velocity, averaged 81.5 MPH. 318' max distance.
Arm: RH. OF-92 mph. Longer arm, accurate on throws.
Defense: Fields the ball out front, clean and fluid movements to and through the ball.
Run: 7.04 runner in the 60.

Ayden Jacobs, Collierville (TN), 2025
Positional Profile: OF/RHP
Body: 6-2, 175-pounds. Tall, lanky frame w/ long limbs. Lots of projection and room to fill out/add mass.
Hits: RHH. Relaxed, slightly open stance, higher hand set. Slightly above average bat speed. Small leg lift into the swing, occasional lift with middle and pull side power.
Power: 93 max exit velocity, averaged 87.9 MPH. 307' max distance.
Arm: RH. OF-91 mph. Over the top arm action, strong and athletic arm with plenty of present strength.
Defense: Clean and quick with transfers, fields through the ball and out front.

Konner Bowden, Columbia Central (TN), 2024
Positional Profile: OF/LHP
Body: 6-0, 170-pounds. Lean, athletic frame with room to add mass/strength and great projection.
Hits: LHH. Open stance, good rhythm with the hands. Great bat speed w/ flat path into strong finish. Higher leg kick, controls the body well through contact. Pop to all parts of the field, consistent barrels. Swings around the ball at times.
Power: 98 max exit velocity, averaged 88.5 MPH. 298' max distance.
Arm: LH. OF-89 mph. Athletic arm with present arm strength, longer and loose arm.
Defense: Gets to the ball quick, comes through the ball well. Accurate on throws.
