In need of a win, Junior Austin Stansifer had a huge night on the mound for Lookout Valley in an impressive performance last week.

In his start against East Ridge, Stansifer turned in a dominant effort. Not only did the right-hander fire a complete game shutout, but he did not allow a base runner all night in throwing a seven-inning perfect game. Stansifer racked up 16 strikeouts in the performance in leading Lookout Valley to the victory. The Yellowjackets stand at 14-15 on the season.

For his impressive performance on the mound last week, Austin Stansifer has been selected the PBR Tennessee Pitcher of the Week.
