Senior 1B/OF/LHP Hunter Townsend , a Milligan College signee, had a huge week at the plate for Happy Valley High School and helped carry the offense last week for the Warriors.

Townsend, who has also been solid on the mound for the Warriors, went 7-for-14 at the plate with three home runs and 12 RBI. He played an integral role in leading Happy Valley to a 4-1 record for the week. Townsend now looks to continue his success at the plate this week with District Tournament play beginning.

For his performance on the field, Hunter Townsend has been selected as the PBR Tennessee Player of the Week for April 20-26.
