4/24/24

Bo Holloway ('26, Nolensville) The number 1 left handed pitcher in the 2026 class worked mostly fastball/slider combination as put away offerings tunneling his elite fastball (88-90 T91) off of his sharp slider (79-82) that worked both off the plate and as a strike pitch. Holloway would mix in a changeup at times in the upper 70’s that was used sparingly as a change of pace type of offering as he still is developing consistent feel for the pitch. When he stayed inside however, he was able to induce lat fading action that had hitters out in front. Holloway had some unfortunate luck behind him with a few errors that caused his outing to turn out differently than his previous outings where he was virtually unhittable. He would go 4.1 innings giving up 5 hits, with really only 2 barrels with 1 walk and 6 K’s. The upside is for real with Holloway and the pitchability as only increased as the season has gone on. Look for Holloway to continue making strides in the pitching game.
