2025 OUTLOOK

+ The Halls High Baseball program had a down year in 2024 going 14-19 and fell short of making it out of the district. Halls High looks to be in position to rebound as they return 5 starters and 3 pitchers from the 2024 team. One of the top returners is senior Kent St Tuscarawas commit RHP/MIF Landan Wells. Wells returns as the starting shortstop and one of the top arms sitting 82-84 with sink. He also brings great leadership to a young group. Two other impact returners are 2026’s RHP/C Amari Lethgo and 2B/OF Colby Comparato. Lethgo will be the starting catcher and also a mid-80s arm on the mound. Comparato was an all-region player as a sophomore in a season where he hit .380.

Halls will also bring back other contributors from the 2024 including senior LHP Easton Kitts who is a crafty arm that sits 80-81. The junior class also brings back 3 top performers in the lineup. RHP/OF Cooper Faust is a 6.6 runner and brings speed to the top of the lineup. Faust will also be counted on to give innings on the mound where he sits 82-84. C/1B Dylan Bowser brings a lot of pop to the middle of the lineup and is a strong corner infielder. And OF Ryan Murphy returns to the outfield and brings line drive contact to the lineup.

Lastly, the program brings in two big time freshmen that will look to make an immediate impact. Junior Future Games standouts RHP/MIF Fisher Green and RHP/OF Hudson Burnett are both tremendous athletes that will be big bats and top of the line starters on the mound. Green is a super athletic middle infielder, with 6.8 speed. He has also been up to 87 on the mound with the ability to throw strikes consistently. Burnett is a speedy top of the order hitting center fielder who is mid-80s on the mound. Both players will have a huge impact on one of the toughest districts in the state. Halls future looks very bright for years to come.
