KC Classic Weekend Review

The KC Classic has come to an end for 2025, as 8 champions were crowned on Sunday, March 23rd. 89 games took place at the Creekside and Homefield Baseball Complexes, where we saw 49 teams compete at their best.
Here are this weeks Champions, and MVPs.

Riley McEvoy 3B / C / Spring Hill, KS / 2029McEvoy was 8-11 (.727 Avg) 2 2B, 4 RBI, 12 Total bases. He had 3 multi hit games and in their third game had 2 triples. Solid hitter with a high ceiling.

Brayden Williams C / RHP / Lee's Summit West, MO / 2029Brayden was 5-9 (.555 Avg), 3 2B, 3 RBI, 8 Total Bases. Had a big championship game where he had two opposite field doubles. One of which hit about halfway up the rightfield fence showing some pop.

LJ Tanney 3B / OF / Olathe North, KS / 2029LJ went 5-7 (.714 Avg), 1 2b, 7 total bases. Tanney had 2 multi hit games and in their final game had 2 doubles. Tanney shows some versatility on defense as he has been in the infield and outfield so far for the Stars.
