Team Summary

Coach Chris McMullen and his Legacy Broncos come into 2021 with hopes of getting back into the palyoffs after exiting in the Regional Quarterfinals in 2019. Fortunately, the Broncos are returning a great core of players on the mound and in the field. Leading the way on the mound this season will be 2021 RHP/3B Griffin Binkley (Northeast CC Commit), 2022 RHP/1B Kayden Voelkel, and 2022 LHP/OF Drake Dowd who all got off to a hot start in 2020 before the season was cut short. 2023 RHP Blake Julius will also be in the mix after an impressive summer. Coach McMullen returns his entire infield led by 2021 SS Raef Wright (Northeast CC Commit), Binkley and Voelkel. 2022 C Andrew Taylor is stepping into the starting catching position this season which brings on a leadership role that Coach McMullen has confidence Taylor can fulfill. With a solid group of returners and a team that is hungry to get back to the postseason, look for the Broncos to make some noise this season.
