TEAM OUTLOOK

The Lindale Eagles enter the 2025 season riding a wave of momentum from an exceptional 2024 campaign, which saw them finish as District 15-4A champions with a stellar 21-6-2 record and a deep run to the Regional Quarterfinals. With a pitching staff that returns 94% of its innings from last year, including their top three starters and closer, the Eagles are poised for another strong season. The wealth of experience on the mound will be the backbone of the team, providing stability and leadership as they navigate a competitive district. Under Head Coach Rich Sanguinetti and the 2024 District Coaching Staff of the Year, the Eagles will likely be a well-coached team to make for a well-rounded squad for 2025.

At the forefront of the Eagles’ rotation is senior Hudson Legrow, the 2024 District Most Valuable Player and a Bossier Parish CC commit. Supporting him are standout returners Kaden Adams, a First Team All-District selection, and Jackson Parker, who made a significant impact as the 2024 District Newcomer of the Year last spring. The staff’s depth is further bolstered by versatile two-way players like Cody Hendrick and emerging talents such as Zach Shirley and Karter Fleming, giving Lindale flexibility in high-leverage situations. With so much proven talent on the mound, the Eagles are primed to make pitching their hallmark in 2025.

Offensively, Lindale boasts a dynamic lineup anchored by several First Team All-District returners, including Jake Powell, Ty McCoy, and Caleb Hart. These players provide a mix of stability and consistency, while versatile contributors like Cody Hendrick, Jackson Parker, and Aiden Warnell make the lineup deeper. The Eagles also have a strong group of young players poised to step into larger roles, highlighted by sophomores Isaac Rodgers and Jackson Legrow. With experienced leaders and promising newcomers, Lindale’s balanced roster will aim to complement their dominant pitching with timely hitting and sound defense. All signs point to another championship-contending season for the Eagles as they look to three-peat as District Champs and make a deeper playoff run.
