Angelo State commit. 6-foot-4, 245-pound, sturdy frame. The right-hander works from a high-¾ slot with a medium arm swing. His fastball ranged from 84-86, touching 87 once in the first inning, and 89 in the second, but sitting mostly 85 with arm side sink and run. Lots of arm side misses in the first two innings. His breaking ball was 70-74 with gradual 11/5 break.
