Dylan was 8-15 in 5 total games with 7 RBI, with all 7 coming in a 4-5 day at the plate 2 doubles, 1 triple and a single  vs. #7 Flower Mound on Saturday March 9th. Actually 9-16 with 8 total RBI.

Struck  out 18 batters in a 1-0 district win over Elysian Fields. Smith struck out 11 of the first 12 batters he faced and allowed 2 base hits on the night. He is well deserving of the award and the recognition for his outstanding accomplishments.

Two of the home runs came in an 11-3 victory over Childress, with the second being a 2 run blast to put Springtown up by 8 to earn the mercy rule victory. He also pitched 7 and 2/3 innings this week, giving up only 2 earned runs and striking out 12.

Saenz threw two innings in relief out of the bullpen against Falfurrias. Recorded the last six outs with 5 strikeouts to earn the save for San Diego Vaqueros.

Brody went 9-17 he hits lead off for us, he had 3 2B's, 2 3B's and 7 RBI, had an OBP of .600 this weekend in a tournament.  Against Pecos he had a walk off double in the bottom of the 8th, and in our final game of the tournament he had a 2 run double that took the lead against Alpine  (had 2 doubles and a triple in that same game). In the same Alpine game he closed the game on the mound pitching 2 scoreless innings striking out 3.
