In the second week of the Texas High School Playoffs, our Pitcher of the Weeks hails from South Texas at Falfurrias HS. 2018 Royce Carrera struck out 16 hitters (including the first six batters he faced) in a 1-0 win over George West HS in a 3A one-game, winner take all playoff game last week.
