HITTER OF THE WEEK

2022 1B Kyler Jordan - Lubbock Cooper - Baylor Football Signee

The Baylor Football signee had a monster week at the plate for the Pirates. In eight at bats, he tallied seven hits, including a double, two triples and two homeruns. He got on base two additional times with a walk and a hit by pitch. He ended the week with six runs scored and eight driven in. 

 

PITCHER OF THE WEEK

2023 RHP Hayden Morris - Oak Ridge - Texas Commit

The Texas commit was dominant on the mound last week. In six and a third innings of work, Morris struck out sixteen hitters and only allowed three hits. We've seen the big righty run it up to 91 earlier this season with command at the top of the zone (video below).
