Power 25 Ranking: Week 10

TEXAS, USA - Now that the regular season is finished and teams are prepping for a playoff run, we bring you the most updated Power 25 Ranking. This was by far the toughest week to finish the ranking and there are plenty of teams that could make strong arguments for being included.


Top 5

#1 Argyle remains at the top as they finish with a regular season record of 29-1-1 after taking care of Springtown 11-0 and Krum 9-0.

#2 Cypress Ranch split with Tomball Memorial last week but they finish with a 15-1 District record and they have the arms that could lead them all the way to Round Rock.

#3 Georgetown went 3-0 as they swept Leander in two games and took care of Dripping Springs 5-1 on Saturday.

#4 Colleyville Heritage had one of the best weeks going 3-0 with a sweep of Grapevine and beating Flower Mound on Saturday.

#5 Veterans Memorial went 2-0 and finished 15-1 in district.


Moving Up

#10 Kingwood only played one game last week but they did beat Lake Travis and they are now 23-5-2.

#13 Southlake Carroll is now 22-11, and they have one of the best resumes for wins over quality teams.

#14 Tomball ran the table in district (16-0) and finished the regular season 25-1-2


New Teams

#20 Reagan made a huge jump going 3-0. The Rattlers are back in the ranking for the first time since week 6. They finished the year on an 8 game win streak and won 18 of 19, including a win over Calallen on Saturday.

#23 Marcus finished 12-2 in District and won the league outright, finishing 24-7 Overall.

#24 Klein Collins were 9-1 over their last 10 games, finished district with a 13-3 record after taking a tie breaker over Oak Ridge on Saturday.
