Super 60 Recap Quick HIts



On February 7th, the Super 60 was held at Mosh Performance Center in Franklin, WI. The much anticipated event featured top '21 talent from across the country. Today we take a look at the two players who represented Texas: Ty Hodge and Alec Grossman.

The Texas A&M Signee and Futures Games Alumn had a great showing at the Super 60. Among some of the best talent in the country, Hodge recorded the 2nd fastest 60 time (6.52) and the highest velo across the IF (94). He followed that with a good round of BP filled with hard contact and a max EV of 103.65.

 

 

 

 

Alec Grossman

The Texas Commit showed well in his bullpen at the Super 60. Grossman worked a three pitch mix consisting of a FB, SL, and SPL. The Splitter (985 avg spin) played well off the FB and the Slider was sharp at the bottom of the zone.
