As we being the 2025 High School Season in Texas, it is time to update rankings. We have updated the 2025-2027 classes and now it is time for the first update to the 2028 class. We are just getting to know this freshman class, but one thing continues to stay the same in Texas, we are producing shortstops and power arms at the top of each class. In this update, we expanded from 25 to 60 players,
