Outlook:
Millbrook is coming off of an outstanding 2014 season that saw them win the 4A Northern Region championship and make the 4A State Championship game before falling to Hanover. The Pioneers will again be a strong team in 2015 as they return two of their top pitchers from last year and the bulk of their starting lineup. The pitching staff will be led by Colin Benner (RHP, 2015), Trey Braithwaite (RHP, 2016), and Anthony Simonelli (RHP, 2017). The lineup will be led again by Bruce Keenan (MIF, 2015), Alex Amos (UTL/RHP, 2016), and brothers Ryan Hartigan (OF, 2015) and Connor Hartigan (OF, 2017). The Pioneers will have a strong pitching staff and a deep lineup with a dangerous middle of the order. Millbrook will be a good team again this spring and should contend for the 4A North Championship and another shot at the 4A State Championship.
