Q&A

What made Clemson the right fit for you?
+ Playing in the ACC, the coaching, academics, as well as a top football team year in and year out were all factors in my decision to attend Clemson.

What was the recruiting process like?
+ The recruiting process was awesome it was a lot of fun taking visits to a bunch of colleges and seeing what they had to offer. Things were slow and steady at first but picked up as time went on.

What other schools did you consider?
+ ACC and SEC schools

What were key factors you were looking for during the process?
+ Location was huge I wanted to go to a warm weather school in the ACC. Coaching staff is a pretty big factor as well as a school where I thought I could be successful at.

What are your goals now before you step on campus?
+ My personal goals are always to work on my body staying in shape and getting stronger as well as keeping my arm healthy and strong. This senior year of high school I would like to win a conference championship for the last year.

What have you learned from your time with your high school / travel organization?
+ I play for Evoshield Canes and one thing that I have learned is theirs really really good players out there and you have to work hard to keep yourself competitive at the highest level.

What advice do you have for players going through the recruiting process?
+ Trust the process and most importantly worry about working on your game and everything else will work out.
