Top Prospect Games East

Wall is 5-11 with an athletic frame that has some projection left to it. He hits from the right side from a slightly open athletic stance, short stride on line, short smooth load back. Hips rotate with some violence and he maintains some lower half balance. Hands stay inside, short to the ball, strength at contact and extension through it. Uphill swing path, line drive swing with some carry in gaps, showed good approach working primarily gap to gap, exit velocity was 86. In the infield, rounds ball and fields with a wider base and above average hands. Works through the ball to a clean exchange. Throws from a low three-quarters arm slot with a short arm action, infield velocity was 80.

Preseason All-State I

5-foot-11, 190-pound solid frame. Athletic slightly open stance with a small pick up to stride landing on line. Hands were strong through the zone with some whip in the bat. Lower half finishes with some explosion. Swing gets on plane early and shows uphill tilt with gap to gap power. Exit velo was 89 mph. Home-1st time was 4.81. Feet were quiet and approach was direct with soft hands catching it out front. Quick arm throwing from a three-quarter arm slot with an infield velocity of 75 mph.

Top Prospect Games II

 Wall is 5-10 with a stronger athletic frame that has some projection left to it. He hits from the right side from an open upright stance, strides on line, short load back with slight wrap, hips rotate completely with violence, and he maintains good balance during his swing, has some rhythm. Short to ball, showed good approach working gap to gap, uphill line drive swing, strength at contact with extension through the ball, exit velocity was 86. At third base, gets body behind ball and fields with average hands. Works through ball to a clean exchange. Throws from a three-quarters arm slot, position velocity was 78.
