Updated VA/DC Class Of 2018 Rankings Released

The Class  of 2018 rankings have been updated and expand to now the top 130 players across the commonwealth. Close to 40 new additions have been added to the rankings since our last installment.

Slight shifting around in the top ten, as Liberty Christian catcher Wes Clarke moves back into the top ten at the No. 4 spot. Miller C Adam Hackenberg remains at the No. 1 spot while Jack Dragum of Hanover holds on to the No. 2 spot. Ultra athletic shortstop Tevin Tucker of Prince George moves up to No. 6.

Top Newcomer to the rankings is Hanover infielder Nick Zona (Virginia Tech), who enters the rankings at No. 28. Other top newcomers include RHP Seth Mayberry of Dinwiddie, RHP John Kish of Atlee, LHP John Farley of Centreville, C Michael Warley of Hanover, SS Justin Hanvey of Woodgrove, and C Logan Amiss of Powhatan.

RHP Gage Williams of Nansemond River is one of the top risers of the rankings, jumping up almost 40 spots into the top 20. Hunter Gilliam of Fuqua also rises over 20 spots into the top 20 as well. Other risers include Travis Reifsnider of Collegiate, Lliam Grubbs of Louisa County, Adam Jewell of Atlee, Zach Thomas of Eastern View, Thomas Russell of Paul VI, Connor Baine of Paul VI, and Eric Lingebach of Oakton.
