Over the course of the next 2.5 weeks, we will be counting down our preseason top 25.

Outlook

Another excellent season from Wilson in 2018 saw them end up with the DCIAA Championship and DCSAA championship after an exciting 5-4 victory over St. Albans. Though the Tigers did lose some top talent from their 2018 roster, they still look ready to again take a DCIAA championship and challenge for the DCSAA title once again. Three of their top arms return for this spring headed up by ace RHP Collin Bosley-Smith (DUKE). This power right-handed arm is one of the top arms in the VA/DC 2020 class and will once again head up the pitching staff. Top returns that will compliment bosley smith will be 2020 RHP Charlie Ganote and 2019 Sate Kahler. Keep an eye also on 2019 Aaron Rosenthal, who could also add to the staff after some nice strikeout totals in limted innings last season. 2020 Kevin Oakley should also add depth to the bullpen as well as 2019 Gino Buresch.

Offensively The tiger should be paced at the top also by Bosley-Smith as well a nice group of top offensive returners. Alex Hill, Josh Lasser, Zach Lordan, Amartya Eswaran King, Kahler, and Rosenthal all saw over .300 seasons for the Tigers with at least 30 at bats over the season. Bosley-Smith, Hill, Lasser, Lordan, and Eswaran King were regulars who saw a lot of action last year and should once again be big contributors with the most experience from last season of the offensive side. All hit over .300 last year in over with at least 50 plate appearances and Hill led the way hitting over .400. It should be another excellent balance of offensve and pitching for the Tigers in 2019 as they will once again be the favorites to take the DCIAA crown.
